I’ve lived with scoliosis since I was 8 years old.
Although wearing a brace until I was 14 stopped the progression of the scoliotic curve, it didn’t stop the debilitating pain caused by a pinched nerve in my cervical spine.
As an adult, I tried everything to find relief. Physical therapy had no lasting effect. Chiropractic adjustments helped, but only if I went three times a week. Acupuncture, dry needling, and massage provided short-lived relief—a few days at best.
